Are you new to the gym but have very specific goals?
Our Custom Program membership is available to you but as a new trainee, the first step before being admitted into the program is for you to go through personal training sessions with one of our experienced coaches.
In our experience helping new clients overcome chronic pains and injuries and teaching them how to execute exercise movements and read custom program nomenclature, personal training is the most effective and efficient way to do this. At least three personal training sessions are required, but the total number required depends on you (on-boarding rate below). This gives you and your coach enough sessions together to get you properly prepared to move on and follow a custom program on your own in a group training atmosphere. After you complete the on-boarding sessions, your coach will create your custom program (monthly rate below) and you can then schedule your training sessions. Your costs for your initial month will include both the on-boarding sessions and your custom program. After the first month, your cost will only be the monthly charge for your custom program.
If you consider yourself a new trainee but the Custom Program membership is something you’re interested in, then book a consultation here to start the process. You’ll then receive a questionnaire from us asking you about your goals, lifestyle, your injury history, and your preferred days and times to do personal training. Fill out the questionnaire and send it back to us prior to your consultation. At your consultation, we’ll go over your questionnaire answers, select the coach that would be the best fit for you, schedule all your personal training sessions in our system with that coach, and answer any questions you may have.
Are you experienced in the gym?
Our Custom Program membership is for "experienced" trainees that have specific goals and require more specific, customized programming to achieve their specific needs.
We define an experienced trainee as one who has trained in any of Engineered Bodies' programs for at least 6-months. This means they have knowledge on how to execute basic weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebell, and calisthenic techniques. These individuals also have knowledge on executing various progressions, assistance exercises, and can understand how to read basic programming nomenclature.
If you're new to Engineered Bodies but consider yourself an experienced trainee, the first step before being admitted into the program is for you to go through at least three on-boarding sessions (rate below) with one of our experienced coaches.
In our experience, even experienced trainees need assessment sessions with our coaches so our coaches can assess your joint mobility limitations, strength limitations, exercise knowledge, and your ability to read basic programming nomenclature. Our coaches will also ensure you know how to execute basic exercise movements and any individualized exercise movements that you're going to train to help you achieve your specific goals. After the assessment sessions are complete, you will then get your custom program from your coach via TrainHeroic and you're set to go.

At your consultation, we’ll go over your questionnaire answers, answer any questions you may have, and book all your private assessment sessions.
