Our History
Engineered Bodies began as a mobile personal training company in the Tri-Cities in 2010. We had just a handful of clients at the time as we were training clients out of various recreation centres and parks. We always had aspirations of doing more so we kept grinding, connecting, and working towards our goal of coaching clients out of our own space one day.
In late 2012, we found a garage space in Port Moody, built our facility, and opened our doors in January 2013.
Our core values during our first twelve years were: integrity, commitment to quality, commitment to continued education and growth, commitment to building a strong community and equity. During those first twelve years these core values served as a filter for everything Engineered Bodies aligned with including the world-class continuing education courses we hosted, strategic business partnerships, business development projects, staffing, and coaching in the trenches. We continued to embody our core values to provide quality service for our members while cultivating a community that’s quality-minded, supportive, and strong.
A fun fact about core values is that they will evolve over time. Our current top 4 core values reflect where our company is at today in our journey as we work toward our new goals.
