Marshal Wong

After 20 years behind a desk as a forensic accountant, Marshal turned his consulting skills and ability to draw connections to personal training. He is a certified GMB Trainer and works with clients to connect with their goals, their bodies, and their environment through movement, with a focus on resilience and longevity. As a non-athlete, he brings a beginner’s mindset to all his coaching interactions, helping his clients move better with more resilience. He loves training handstands, Olympic weightlifting and with kettlebells and sandbags.
