If you are relatively new to strength & conditioning training (never done a functional fitness class or CrossFit), then our you'd take one of our Functional Fitness Kickstart Programs that start every month, before accessing the Functional Fitness class membership. The Kickstart includes six semi-private sessions and plus access to Social Saturdays and Handstands classes. As a rookie, you will learn alongside others in a friendly group atmosphere to ensure you’re fully prepared to start training.We raise the bar for Functional Fitness
