Functional Fitness is a sport and consists of events that tests an athlete's ability to perform several modalities that include strength, body weight, power, skill, and endurance. Our 5x/week, generalized Functional Fitness program incorporates all of these modalities where members train in a coach-led class setting in our Functional Fitness classes. New members who have no experience with strength training, weightlifting, kettlebell training, or calisthenics must take three private sessions with one of our expert coaches prior to joining our Functional Fitness program. Learn how to correctly execute the proper technique of the snatch and clean and jerk from our qualified and experienced weightlifting coaches. New members are required to take three private intake sessions with our weightlifting coaches prior to receiving our generalized weightlifting programming that is 3x/week. Build a strong foundation without the premium price tag. Our most accessible program provides members with warm ups and progressively overloaded structure on the core lifts (squat, hinge, push, pull) and their variations to help you build a robust foundation for all future fitness goals. Our Custom Programming membership is our premium service that begins with three private assessment sessions with an expert coach that will be assigned to you. Your coach then provides you with an individualized training program that addresses your specific weaknesses, goals, training availability, and starting point.
