Custom program for seasoned athletes

Our Custom Program membership is for "experienced" trainees that have specific goals and require more specific, customized programming to achieve their specific needs. You must complete 3 on-boarding sessions as part of the intake process for the Custom Program.

The program is 3-months in duration and includes three, 30-day custom programs that members access via TrainHeroic. Members book their preferred training time on ZenPlanner and train independently under coach supervision and guidance.

If you consider yourself an experienced trainee and the Custom Program membership is something you’re interested in, then book a consultation here to start the process. You’ll then receive a questionnaire from us asking you about your goals, lifestyle, your injury history and your experience with training. Fill out the questionnaire and send it back to us prior to your consultation. At your consultation, we’ll go over your questionnaire answers and answer any questions you may have.
