Our Custom Programming membership is our premium service that begins with three private assessment sessions with an expert coach that will be assigned to you. Your coach then provides you with an individualized training program that addresses your specific weaknesses, goals, training availability, and starting point. You then train your custom program in our Coach Guided Training times under expert coaching and guidance.

EXPERIENCED WITH FUNCTIONAL FITNESS? 

Have you been training for over 6-months doing Functional Fitness or CrossFit at a CrossFit affiliate and you're looking for a new home? We’d love to have you join our Functional Fitness program at Engineered Bodies. We emphasize building strength, improving technique, and using proper progressions to help build strong, skilled and resilient Functional Fitness athletes.

EXPERIENCED WITH WEIGHTLIFTING?

Are you an experienced weightlifting athlete looking for a new club, coaching, and programming to help you get to the next level? We would love to have you come train alongside our inclusive and supportive community under the coaching and guidance of our qualified and experienced weightlifting coaches. Our generalized weightlifting programming is programmed for 3x/week. Weightlifting members train this program during our Coach Guided Training times on our schedule under expert coaching and guidance.
