Build A Solid Foundation

Our Foundational Strength program is designed for anyone ready to learn the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive, community-focused environment. You’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to train effectively for life.

You will learn to:

  • Move Safely: Master the foundational exercises that include squat, hinge, push, and pull variations with our expert coaches.
  • Train Smarter: Learn how to brace, interpret and follow a strength & conditioning program, use equipment properly and feel confident in the gym.
  • Build a Sustainable Routine: Follow our 3x/week programming that includes generalized warm-up, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

3-month membership includes:

  • 3 coach guided training sessions per week.
  • 3x/week Foundational Strength programming that can be completed at our training facility or at your home gym.
  • Access to Saturday morning’s Movement & Mobility class or Sunday morning’s Skill Building & Movement Exploration Class.
